Pat the fish dry. Remove the tail, and make slits along each side.
Place the fish on a greased baking dish.
Rub seasoning on each side, into slits, and in the cavity.
Stuff a sprig of cilantro, a slice of ginger, a slither of onion, and a half slice of lemon into each slit.
Stuff the cavity with the same ingredients.
Drizzle the whole fish with extra virgin olive oil.
The fish I used was a little over 2 lbs, and took about 30 min to roast. The time will depend on the size of the fish.
When done roasting, remove the skin and gray meat. Place the deboned fish meat in a bowl. Drizzle with sesame oil, and sprinkle with sesame seed seasoning. Garnish with cilantro and wedges of lemon or lime.
