Radish and Pea Salad

If you have a lot of radishes and peas, you have to start doing some creative things with them, so it doesn’t get boring.  This is one of a couple recipes I decided on, and I thought it would be good with a Greek spin.  It was a hit, so it’s worth hanging onto.


Radish and Pea Salad


  • Radishes, cut in wedges or sliced
  • Fresh green peas
  • Chopped fresh mint
  • Crumbled feta
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. If you can, let it sit for 30 minutes before serving.
