Heart to Heart about Breakfast

The American Heart Association published a study in July relating the incidence of heart disease with importance of breakfast.  The study was done over a 16 year period and included over 26,000 men.  Even after considering all the variables that existed, there was still a 27% higher risk of coronary disease in those not eating a morning meal.
