Cream Brussel Sprouts

Author: Kathy

So many people say that they don’t like brussels sprouts, and I used to be one of them until I found new ways to cook them besides boiled or steamed. I recently made this recipe for my son-in-law who swore he would never like brussels sprouts. I had to coax him to just try them and he was surprised to find that he really liked them.

I saw another interesting brussel sprout recipe on The Chew the other day also.  Michael Symon deep fried them and added capers and walnuts, click here for that recipe.

For another version of this recipe only using sweet potatoes and cabbage, click here.
