Southwest Chipotle Seasoning (or any other with salt and hot pepper)
Heat oven to 350.
Place green beans in boiling salted water, and cook to crisp tender stage. Drain and place immediately into ice water to stop the cooking process. Drain well. You could also use frozen beans, just cook to crisp tender, then ice bath, and drain.
Toss green beans with a little olive oil and set aside.
Heat butter in a skillet and add breadcrumbs. Stir to coat and continue heating to toast the crumbs a little. Toss in bowl with the beans. Add chipotle seasoning, toss together well and place beans in a greased baking dish. Top with Parmesan.
