Bayou Shrimp Pasta

I’m spending the week on the gulf coast, and making the most of a really good seafood situation.  We’ve been to a couple great places to eat, but tonight we ate in and made a Caesar salad, and a version of Emeril’s Bayou Pasta, substituting 2 pounds of shrimp for the chicken, and using 2 cups of cream – unbelievably good.
